2012 Chrysler 300 'Luxury Edition' Sedan (seats up to three guests) = $65 Per Hour (hourly rate is inclusive of all taxes)



Mercedes Benz R-Class 'Saks Fifth Avenue Edition' Multi-Passenger Vehicle (seats two to five guests) = $70 Per Hour 
(hourly rate is inclusive of all taxes)



2011 Suburban 'LTZ' Luxury Full Size SUV (seats up to seven guests) = $70 Per Hour up to four guests, $75 Per Hour for up to seven guests (hourly rate is inclusive of all taxes)

*A 5% Discount off the hourly rate is offered for all charters paid in cash.

PLCS has a five hour tour minimum Sunday thru Thursday, and a six hour tour minimum Friday and Saturday. 

*All internet special offers are good Sunday thru Thursday only.

**We add an 18% gratuity to all charter services including wine tours for your tour guide/chauffeur. All PLCS tour guides/chauffeurs are held to the highest standard by owner/operator Nick Perata. If you do not feel your received excellent service from your tour guide/chauffeur, I will personally refund the gratuity.

**There is a $25 fuel charge per day, added to all Napa Valley wine country tours. Other charter services and Sonoma County wine tours may also have fuel fee added, depending on the actual distance of charter service or wine country tour description.

PLCS offers a complimentary pickup range of 20 minutes or 15 miles or driving distance from Downtown Napa. The hourly rate begins at the scheduled pick-up time. If your pick-up location is more than 20 minutes or 15 miles from downtown Napa, there is an additional pickup charge.

Dinner Transportation Services:

 Dinner charter transportationhas a three hour minimum seven days a week and is offered at the same prices listed above. Some restaurant transportation does not have fuel charges, however fuel charges may apply, and are based on location of pickup and restaurant.


Airport Transportation Services:

Airport Transportation is offered at a fixed price.

Charters begins at the scheduled pickup time and ends at the time of drop off.

*Winery tasting fees are the responsibility of the client.

Most wineries have tasting fees, however, most will waive the tasting fee if you choose to make a purchase, and many of the wineries we choose to take you to offer complimentary or two for one tastings for our guests.

 **To reserve Private Charter Transportation with Perata Luxury Car Services/Perata Luxury Tours, either a credit card or $250 deposit is required at the time of reservation to secure the charter/tour. Please call to provide your credit card number or visit our website to use your credit card to secure your reservation. If you'd like to reserve your date with a credit card, please call (707) 227-8271.

(Reservation deposit must be made through our website with a credit card, PayPal account or bank debit card.)

The balance of  your charter/tour time will be due at the end of service the day of service. 

Any overtime will be charged at the end of the charter/tour at the quoted hourly

**Deposit will not be refunded if cancellation is made less than 72 hours from scheduled pick-up.

If a reservation is canceled more than 72 hours before the scheduled pick-up time,

a refund of the deposit will be issued, minus a $50 cancellation fee.

There is no refund of deposit issued at anytime for cancellation of Saturday charter services bookings.

Any custom picnic or boxed lunches must be pre-arranged with PLCS and will be at an additional charge.

All charter and tour bookings include complimentary chilled still and sparkling water and snacks.

Accepted methods of payment are: Cash and Credit Cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.  There is a 5% discount off of the hourly rate given from your services total for cash paying customers.
