Perata Luxury Car Services hourly charter and tour fee is $75.

There are no hidden fees. Fuel and taxes are included on winery tours.
There is also no minimum charter time booking Sunday-Friday.
Saturday minimum booking time is five hours.

We will pick you up complimentary up to 30 minutes of driving distance from Downtown Napa." The hourly rate doesn't start until your scheduled pick-up time. If your pick-up location is more than 30 minutes from downtown Napa, there is an additional $30 fuel sur-charge, or if your pick-up location is in San Francisco, there is a $75 sur-charge to cover bridge tolls and additional fuel.

This rate does not apply to airport transportation. Airport transportation is offered at a fixed price.

**Gratuity is not included in the hourly rate and is at the discretion of the client.**

Charters begins when pick-up originates and ends at drop off.

Winery tasting fees are the responsibility of the client.
Most wineries have tasting fees, however, most will waive the tasting fee if you choose to make a purchase,
and several wineries offer two for one tasting.

**A $250 deposit will be charged at the time of reservation for all charters and tours.
(Reservation deposit must be made through our website with a credit card, PayPal account or bank debit card.)
The balance of reserved charter/tour time will be billed at the beginning of the charter.
Any overtime will be charged at the end of the charter/tour at $75 per hour in quarter hour increments.


**Deposit will not be refunded if cancellation is made less than 72 hours from scheduled pick-up.
If a reservation is canceled more than 72 hours before the scheduled pick-up time,
a refund of the deposit will be issued, minus a $125 cancellation fee.
There is no refund of deposit issued at anytime for cancellation of Saturday charter services bookings.

Any custom picnic or boxed lunches must be pre-arranged with PLCS and will be at an additional charge.

All charter and tour bookings include complimentary chilled still and sparkling water and snacks.

Maximum occupancy for charters, tours and airport transportation
is five guests in the Mercedes Benz and seven guests in the Chevrolet Suburban LTZ.
